UPS Teamsters United for a Good Contract

UPS Teamsters United is a network of UPS Teamsters who are working together to win a good national contract and local supplements. We support members who are using the contract to achieve better working conditions and build a stronger union. We worked hard to elect the O'Brien/Zuckerman slate–but we are independent of any slate for union office.

The UPS Teamsters United campaign was started by Teamsters for a Democratic Union (TDU) to bring UPSers together to win a good contract in 2018. After that contract was imposed on the membership, we led a rank and file campaign to eliminate the Two-Thirds Rule from the Teamster Constitution at the 2021 IBT Convention. Now, with new union leadership, we are building a movement to win major gains in the 2023 UPS contract.
