UPS is demanding contract givebacks that will allow management to force package drivers to work up to six days and 70-hours per week. (More details here.) This is unacceptable. Sign the petition to tell UPS and the IBT that we will not accept a contract that imposes more forced overtime and unfair scheduling.
Package drivers work hard and sacrifice our personal lives for this company. There's a limit, and we are past it.
We will Vote No to reject any contract that includes
- mandatory 70-hour work weeks
- mandatory 6-day work weeks
- package schedules with four 10-hour days or three 13-hour days
